Items are made to order, packaged, and shipped by our team in Queen Creek, Arizona.

We accept cancellations, or changes on orders BEFORE the items has been started.

Once products have been started, there are no returns or refunds. With our fast production time, we have to get started very quickly on your order. Please email us ASAP if a change needs to be made to the order.

If our team makes a mistake (compared to the name submitted when ordering) We will make it right with a corrected piece. If an item is damaged during shipping, please email us a photo so we can assist with that matter.
