Shipping + Returns
My current production time is about 1 week. November - December & March - April the production time does increase to about 2-4 weeks. Please place your orders with as much lead time as possible. All my products are handmade, and personalized. I can not make them until they are ordered. How long it takes the puzzle to get to you after it ships is NOT included in the production time.
Returns / Refunds:
I accept Cancellations BEFORE the puzzle has been started.
Once the puzzle has been started, there are no returns or refunds.
If I make a mistake (compared to the name submitted) I will make it right with a corrected puzzle.
You will receive an emailed order confirmation/receipt with the name that was ordered automatically. Please use that to double check that the name was submitted correctly.
Stain and Paint may vary based off monitor settings. If a color doesn't come out in person as it did on the screen, that is not considered an error on my end. The paint I use is non-toxic once it has dried.
There is no way to send a proof before the puzzle has been cut. Puzzles will be created exactly as the name is submitted in the font show in the photos.
There are no proofs. Product is made as pictured.
I offer a few shipping options for you to choose from. Items are always shipped with a tracking number. Once the product has been handed off to the shipping provider, it is out of my hands. I am always willing to file claims, or help track down packages that were not delivered. If you experience lost packages frequently with certain shipping providers, I would suggest upgrading the shipping to priority or a different provider as I can not be responsible for lost packages after they have left me.
